Hi roysolid,

I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out. I will be happy to assist you in this regard.

The minidump file indicates RtUsbA64.sys, which is a Realtek USB wireless LAN driver.

If you haven't updated this driver, uninstall and reinstall the latest version only from the manufacturer's official website.

It is best to update the chipset drivers, too.

After that, check to see if your computer encounters BSOD.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.
Sincerely,

Dyari Barham

Your minidump file indicates it is the Realtek USB Audio Driver that is causing the system crashes.

What Audio device(s) do you have connected to your laptop?

Thank you for the screenshot, it is the Realtek HD Audio drivers that are causing your laptop to crash, those drivers are used for your HyperX Mic.

Go to the support page for your laptop on the manufacturers website, then from there, download and re-install (not update) the version of Realtek HD Audi drivers they provide.

If you have any difficulty locating the support page, click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.

If you have now installed, not updated those Audio drivers, please monitor your laptop over the next few days to see if it is now stable.

When your system shuts down what happens, does it instantly shut down, or does it black screen or blue screen or does it freeze up, and does this always happen when loading a game?

yes it's ""instantly shut down"" mostly when playing split fiction during loading/saving screen before/after it in A blink in eye will shutdown

but it also happened in God Of War also in loading/saving screen ""instantly shut down"" I thought the CPU or GPU has heat problem but I worked them up Stress test them for 2 hours and they don't shutdown

only in Loading/saving screen they will shutdown

once happened in DaVinci Resolve

so it made me thing that is SSD maybe problem ... but I moved the game from SSD D to SSD C and still happened

I formatted the PC and Unstill all drives but keeps doing it....this made me more confused ....

now usually happened with split fiction after than 30 min

but if I keep my laptop of for like few hours then play it will work for an hour then will shutdown
