Radeon Wattmen settings failure

Hi, I have a pc consiting of a ryzen 2600 and a rx 580 8gb. I keep getting a no signal issue on my pc and it is really annoying. When i boot up my pc a lot of the time it come up with Default Radeon Wattman settings have been restored due to an unexpected power failure. I dont know if this is the issue to the PC not sending a signal to my monitor as when I switch from DP to HDMI it works. I play my games on a stretched resolution but when I close my game I put it back.
Hello HandsomeWolfie

My name is Patricia and I am an Independent Advisor. I am here to help you today.

1) Check your DisplayPort connection

2) Restart and reconnect your devices
Restarting and reconnecting your devices is something that you should definitely give a try. It is a simple but sometimes effective way to fix the issue. To perform this method please follow the steps below.
a) Completely turn off your computer and monitor and unplug their power cables.
b) Unplug their DisplayPort connection.
c) Leave them for a couple of minutes.
d) Connect the DisplayPort cable back to the computer and monitor.
e) Plug the power cables back and power the devices on.
If this fix is useful, your DisplayPort connection will work now.

3) Update graphics driver

4) Test with another cable or device

Thankyou very much but this still doesnt fix the 2 issues. One, why is my computor saying Default Radeon Wattman settings have been restored due to an unexpected power failure? And I have done all those things above but why does it happen and how can i fix it?
