I'm using the KRS-85 from A4tech and the QWERUIOP Keys are not working. My laptop and onscreen keyboard works fine. I already tried uninstalling drivers troubleshooting which said my keyboard is working fine and sfc scannow. There are times when i unplug my keyboard and plug it back in it works for a few seconds or hours and breaks again. Any fix?

My name is Merlina, I am an Independent Advisor and a user like yourself. I'll do my best to help you.
It seems that you have already tried some basic troubleshooting steps, but the issue persists. Please try these:
1. Check for any physical damage
> Make sure that there are no physical damages like loose wires, broken keys, or spills on the keyboard that could be causing the issue.
2. Test the keyboard on another computer
> Try connecting the keyboard to a different computer or laptop to see if the same issue persists. This will help determine if the problem is with the keyboard itself or with your original computer or laptop.
if the same issue persists when plugging into a different device, there's possibly a hardware issue with the keyboard. In this case, you may need to consider getting it repaired or replaced.
I hope it helps. Thank you!

I checked and nothing much except dust. I tried opening the keyboard but I can't open it even though i unscrewed all the screws I see. I removed the individual row where the keys dont work but I dont see anything wrong. I forgot to mention that this happened last time where QWERUIOP stopped working but somehow fixed itself, also QWERUIOP would randomly repeat itself but work. I also have not made any changes with my keyboard.
I can't check the keyboard with a different laptop since i dont have another one.

Apologies that the issue persists. You mentioned earlier that your Laptop keyboard and on-screen keyboard are working.
If you have a different USB Keyboard, can you please try it if the same issue persists? if not, I suspect that this is an issue with your KRS-85 Keyboard.
However, you may also try to perform these suggested steps. They have the same issue: https://www.windowsphoneinfo.com/threads/qwer-a...

Thanks for the help but I noticed something. When I hold scroll lock on my keyboard the QWERUIOP keys seem to works but sometimes double click. Either way, thank you for trying to help me.

Thank you for allowing me to help and for being cooperative.
In that case, I believe that is like a switch on the keyboard set by A4tech.
Have a nice day/evening:)
