Quick Assist Changing May 23rd!

This applies to BOTH Win 11 AND Win10

The default Quick Assist will not work, any longer as of May 23rd. It is being replaced by Quick Assist from Store, available, NOW. Once you have it, it will be listed under Apps & Features or Installed Apps. The default App can then be UNinstalled and it is found in Apps/Optional Features. This will facilitate quicker, more efficient updating of the App.

Cheers,

Drew

    Hi,

I need to set this up in Microsoft Store for Business and Education wit in Endpoint Manager, do you have the store link please as unable to find it?

    Quick Assist site states.

How can I install the Quick Assist Store app on company-managed devices?

The Quick Assist Store app is available to download from the Store for Business and the Store for Education You can learn more by visiting Distribute apps to your employees from Microsoft Store for Business and Education. We are working on making the app available to devices that do not have access to the Store for Business or the Store for Education.

    Many thanks,

    W
