Both those companies only develop their App for an Android or Apple iOS device, they do not produce Apps for Windows or a Mac PC
You could install an Android Emulator, like NOX or BlueStacks which would allow you to run Android Apps on your PC, however, they are very large and resource hungry, so you need to judge if it would be worth doing that fro those apps . ..
