Purchased minecraft coins not showing up on account

My son bought 3000 Minecraft coins but it is not showing up in his account.  I have the receipt by email but the coins have not appeared in my account.

The transaction was 3 days ago and I can see the transaction in Billing and Payments section of my son's xbox/Microsoft account and in my parent account.

The money was supplied by me and the purchase of coins was authorised by me.

Who should I speak to get this rectified?

Hi Paul,

Thanks for trying to help. The phone number in the page you suggested was an automated service that was not helpful sadly.

I wemt to xbox.com/refunds and asked for a refund. Within 24 hrs the money was back in my account and now purchases work correctly.

That automation usually prompts its not within business hours. I am glad that the refund was processed using the above link and I hope everything will be stable for your next purchase.
