Projecting to this pc not working

hi, i have a problem when i try to connect my phone using projecting to my pc in my laptop.

every time I try to connect, the app not giving any respond but when i press disconnect button on my phone the app start to connecting.

but when i try using my brother phone, it work normally and when i my phone and different laptop, it work straight away

i already try to change the setting, firewall, re-install and nothing work so far, any suggest?

Your device including certain devices, might not support projecting to the PC. Are both of the devices on the same network?

Always include PC Specifications with the problem. Additionally, ensure all the latest quality updates have been installed.
