Programs Compatibility Blackberry Desktop Manager Application Error

I have tried several times to download and run the desktop manager for blackberry, but after downloading, it refuses to run. It displays an error message saying it is not a valid win32 app... I need an urgent solution to this problem, as it is really frustrating. Thanks.

Which version of BlackBerry Desktop Manager Software are you trying to install?

I would suggest you to install the latest version of the software from the following link and check.

First of all check if the system id meeting minimum requirements to install the application.

You can try installing the application in clean boot state and check.
