Problems with Logitech keyboard/mouse wireless MK345 Model AND MK270. Both the keyboard and mouse are erratic. Batteries fine, plugged and unplugged toggle, then works for a short while. Any suggestions. Logitech help is pathetic.

Greg,
I used the links you sent but so far problem still exists. I started with Logitech MK345 Model, returned to the company I got it from. He now says it works fine. Won't give me a refund, I guess because it works for him. I think my problem is somehow related to the wireless connection here. I've rearrange how things are plugged in but hasn't helped.
I have my old "wired" mouse and keyboard but they're packed away and I have some physical issues that would make it hard for me to get then and setup.
I think I'm going to contact the company I bought the second set, it's a MK270 Wireless Keyboard & Mouse Combo. It too has the same problems. Can't figure out what my "setup here" is doing or not doing to cause this problem.
Thanks for reaching out and trying to help me. Unless you can come up with something else for me to try I guess I'll just have to hope the second company where I got the MK270 can help me. If not I'll have to just buy another mouse/keyboard that's not wireless. Thanks again.

Have you Logitech Support? They have phone, chat and forums support here:
https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us
It comes with a one year warranty during which they must get it working or replace it. This warranty falls on the manufacturer and not the store unless you buy their own warranty which is usually extra. Sometimes if you speak with the Store manager they will try to make it right as a courtesy to keep the customer.
Feel free to ask back any questions. Based on the detailed results you post back, I will have other suggestions if necessary.
