After completing instructions to print and clicking on 'print' nothing happens? Printer is set up as default and can print from Word or pdf file. Help.

I see many users including myself can not print emails from Win10 Mail. Printer works just fine from other programs. When clicking the 3-dot icon top right (similar to 3-dot icon in Mail of Win8) and select print, printer selection appears, but the document
does not. The little spinning dots circle just spins and spins. Print window says "Nothing was sent to print. Open document and print again." This is bug. Similar worked fine in Win8. The document is/was selected.
