Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

1
Completely remove the current Nvidia device driver using the widely available free DDU utility, then restart your PC and go to the Nvidia website to download and install a couple of slightly older version of the Nvidia device driver to try to find a version that is stable on your system.

A slightly older version of that driver is more stable than the latest version.

2
With regards to activation and that SLUI error, was Windows activated on that laptop when you purchased it and it is now not activated?

Download the free ShowKeyPlus app from the Store, please provide a screenshot of that app window and please hide the product key that may appear in the screenshot.

The Windows licencing issue is not causing your PC to crash, those two problems are not related to each other.

1
Right click your Start Button and open Device Manager, then expand the Display Adapters section, please provide a screenshot of that window.

2
Your screenshot indicates there is no Windows licence on the device, to activate Windows you will need to purchase a Widows licence.

Your screenshot indicates there are a few other drivers missing on your system.

Go to the support page for your laptop on the HP website, then from there, download and re-install (not update) the version of chipset drivers they provide.

Then please provide a screenshot of that Device Manager window after a restart.

In Device Manager, right click one of those PCI Device's and select Properties.

Set the Property drop-down menu to Hardware ID's

Right click the first item in the resulting list and select Copy.

Please paste that hardware ID into your next reply.
