Problem with Windows 11 showing folders and settings page

I just installed Windows 11 today

I have attached 2 screen shots.

First Screenshot- SSD C Drive the files shown are Signatures for Outlook. I put them in C;\users\Otter\Microsoft\signatures. Now I cannot get to the C: Drive for anything. Plus the header is impossible to read it is so light

Second Screenshot: System page. It shows Mike Mirando and his e mail. I have no clue how that happened. I'm the administrator (at least I think so) and it would be Otter or my email Tony Mirando.

As you can see, there is basically nothing on the top of any folder.

Attached are the JPEG's that I forgot to attach on the question above

Hi, I'm Robinson, and I’m happy to help you today.
I know how frustrating this may be for you but I'll do my very best to help you.

You can perform the repair upgrade using the Media Creation Tool, this procedure will repair all Windows files.
1-Download the media creation tool.
https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2156295
2-Run the tool and select 'Upgrade this pc now'
3-Select the option 'Keep all my files and apps'
4-Then click to update.

Robinson,

I did the above and there was no change. It is the same as the screenshots above.

It still shows *** Email address is removed for privacy *** as the administrator. Can we change that to me *** Email address is removed for privacy *** as I used the setup. All was fine until I copy/pasted the "Signatures" in the MS signatures folder. Also, the signatures never showed up in my Outlook.

What else can we do to correct this so it goes back after I installed Win 11 this morning. Everything was fine then and I loaded about 20 programs and all was working fine.

Hi Tony,

Yes it should not be like this. Can you try switching to Dark theme once and then back to light from Settings>Personalization and see if that helps?

Are there other accounts configured on the machine too as well of Michael? You may send a screenshot of netplwiz command for better help.

Mark Yes below the post if it helped or resolved your problem

I'm thinking that I may wipe it out again and bring it back to Best Buy and use my old Lenovo Win 10 for a while. .

So frustrating.
