Problem with Shortcut

The name 'C:\Users\Belinda\Downloads\mediamonkeyadd' specified in the Target box is not valid.  Make sure the path and file name are correct.

This was a folder that I had downloaded a few add-ons and now this is what I get.  Also, when I searched for the folder, it only came up in the Recent folder

3. What type of files were you downloading?

4. Is this program "mediamonkeyadd" is installed on the PC?


Perform clean boot and check if that helps.
A clean boot is performed to start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This helps eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install a program or an update or when you run a program in Windows. You may also troubleshoot or determine what conflict is causing the problem by performing a clean boot.
