Hi
Thanks for your reply.
I know that the issue persists. If you believe that the problem started recently and was not present, for example, 2 months ago, you can indeed try to restore your computer to a previous state using a system restore point. This feature essentially allows your computer to go back in time, removing any system changes that may have caused the issue.
Here are the steps to perform a system restore on Windows 11:
In the Windows search bar, type "Create a restore point" and select it from the list of results.
In the System Properties window that opens, under the System Protection tab, click on the "System Restore..." button.
In the System Restore window, click "Next."
Now you'll see a list of restore points. Select a restore point that was created before you started experiencing issues with video playback. If you don't see any restore points, check the "Show more restore points" box.
After you've selected a restore point, click "Next," then "Finish" to start the system restore process.
Please note: Any programs or drivers installed after the restore point will be removed, and any programs or drivers uninstalled after the restore point will be restored. However, your personal files will not be affected.
If a system restore does not resolve the issue, or if you do not have any restore points available, I would recommend consulting with a professional technician of your PC or graphics card manufacturer. They may be able to provide more specific troubleshooting steps based on their knowledge of the hardware.
Please keep in mind that a system restore should be used as a last resort, as it can potentially cause other software issues. Always make sure to back up any important data before proceeding.
