·         Do you receive any exact error message or error code when the page freezes?

·         What are the steps you have followed, to try resolve the issue?

1.      I would recommend you to uninstall the flash player, java plug inns installed on your computer. And then reinstall the latest versions of all the software’s.

       You can uninstall the flash player by following the steps listed in the below link:

       To uninstall the software, download windows installer cleanup utility. Windows Installer Clean up utility will help uninstalling a program completely. Here is the below link for the same: Description of Windows Cleanup Utility http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301 

2.      Disable any third party anti-virus software installed on your computer, and then try to play online game and check. If you are able to play, then you might need to uninstall the antivirus software and reinstall it or change the settings accordingly.

3.      Perform Internet Explorer optimization. Follow the steps listed below in link, if the problem does not resolve after performing optimization, then run the Fix it tool to reset internet explorer and check if the issue resolves.
