Problem to change settings

Hello,

Windows or my cat has reset some settings in my Windows 11.

When I right-click on the start icon and select Device manager, I get the error message below.

I also can't update Windows because of this

Appreciate if anyone knows how to remove these error messages

This is my personal PC so I should be able to change what I want.

The error message I received:

I wonder if the reputation based control is turned on.

Press Win + I to open Settings and navigate to Privacy & security.
Click on Windows Security and select Open Windows Security.
Go to App & browser control and click Reputation-based protection settings under Reputation-based protection.
Turn off all the available options.

I have now navigated to Reputation-based protection

In this section I find: Check apps and files, SmartScreen for Microsoft Edge, Phishing protection, Potentially unwanted app blocking and SmartScreen for Microsoft Store apps

You told me to "Turn off all the available options."

I'm not able to turn off Check apps and files and Phishing protection

How do I turn off these?

When I pull it towards shutdown it bounces right back to the original position ie on.

Appreciate the response. Try booting into the Safe Mode and try changing the settings from there. Let me know if it works.

I have restarted my PC in safe mode with the internet.

I assume you want me in safe mode to change the sliders you mentioned.

Tell me how to do this?

I right-click on the start menu when in safe mode.

Some functions are not available, tell Windows

These are Power options, System, and Settings
