problem starting \3\DLBXtime.dll
Error message for RunDLL - There was a problem starting \3\DLBXtime.dll - I looked on Microsofts website but didn't have luck except to purchase software to fix it. Is that the only answer? Thxs

Hi,
1, Is computer connected to any printer?
2. Have you made any chnages in the computer before this issue occured?
3. When do you get the error message?
You are getting this error message because a dll file of a particular application of your computer might be missing or corrupted. Please restart the computer in safe mode and check for the error message. If you are able to run the computer in safe mode
without any error message, perform the clean boot and locate the application causing the error message, uninstall and reinstall the error causing application

Step 2: Please try this, if you are able to start the computer in safe mode without any error message
Perform clean boot in safe mode, restart the computer in normal mode and check
