Hello,
I recently bought a key from Microsoft Store for Windows 10 Home. When launching the install application, I've been offered to install the Windows 10 Home N version. Problem is I can't activate this version with my Windows 10 Home key. I don't see how this is any of my fault, if I couldn't activate this version with the key I purchased I should've either:
- Not be offered to install the N version.
- Be offered to purchase a key for the N version in the Store (option which doesn't exists).
I've tried to contact the support on the Microsoft Store page, and right now the support specialist won't reply to me for 35 minutes already (this is inadmissible!).
She told me to contact Microsoft Tech Desk by phone but that is not a option for me because my only phone is given by my employer and I can't use it for personal conversations neither have my personal phone (employed by army).
I want to have a way to contact someone who can solve my problem by e-mail or live chat.
Also, I'd like to know where I can submit a complaint about the support specialist which ignores me for 40 minutes now.
An answer from a Microsoft official would be appreciated.
