Hi LOUIER90

I am an independent advisor here to help

Could you please clarify the question a bit? When you said that the margins are changing from single-sided printing to double-sided printing, do you mean that when you print double-sided the margins are different on both sides of the page? or do you simply mean that you wish to only print single-sided but for some reason it is printing double-sided instead?

Can you tell me also please what is the make and model of your printer?

When I print my report off of google chrome single sided the margins are fine. But mostly we print these documents double sided, as to not waste paper. So when I print the double sided it changes my margins to like 1 inch, so it cuts off my text.

Also often times when printing double-sided the margins increase in order to allow for binding of the pages together. You should be able to adjust this option by there from the printing software that comes from your printer manufacturer or from within the windows printing dialog

Within the windows printing dialog Go to Page Layout tab -----> Page Setup group -----> Page Setup --------> Margins tab

under the margins tab you should see an option labeled gutter that controls these margins

thank you for that information

For that particular printer on Windows 10 there is a known issue where the wrong drivers get installed and cause this problem.

Please run the HP Print and scan doctor from the following link. This should help you to correct this issue

and have you checked to see if you are able to make changes to the default margin sizes for duplex printing either through the HP printing software or default Windows printing dialogue?
