I have troubleshooted a few things. It worked just fine 2 weeks.
It works just fine under Administrator and shows as a printer I can select.
Under another account it no longer listed. The printer doesn't even exist anymore under the guest accounts.
I've troubleshooted by creating another guest account to test and that one also does not list a printer.
I've gone under permissions in admin and "everyone" is selected under printer permission.
Help would be greatly appreciated
