1.What exactly happens when you connect the printer to the computer?
2.Do you get any error code or message?
3.Did you make any changes to the computer recently?
4.Do you have a wired printer or a wireless printer?
5.What is the make and model of the computer?
Method 1.
Plug in the printer to another computer and check if the printer works fine.
Plug in another usb printer and check if that printer works fine on this computer.
Method 2.
