I appreciate your time getting back to this thread, you can proceed with these steps.
Here's the steps you can try.
-Go to Device manager
-Look for Printer and expand it
-Right Click on the Printer driver installed
-Right click and Update
-Look for "Browse my computer for driver
-Let me pick drivers available drivers
-Choose an old driver and use it.
-Press Windows key + R
-Type Services.msc and hit enter
-Look for Print Spooler service
- Restart the service
Restart and observe the printer.
If issue persists, proceed with these steps.
-Go to Device manager
-Look for Printer and expand it
-Right Click on the Printer driver installed
-Right click and Uninstall
Once uninstalled go to this link and download and install the driver.

Once downloaded and installed restart and check.
