Post Update Issue with windows 11 version latest update

From today evening I am facing this issue with my windows 11 laptop after an update: in settings, updating windows 11 it showed some update with name "repair" in bracket "()" , I have updated the system as usually like any other day, but once it got updated and installed, it showed two identical option "windows 11 version, volume 3" to start the start, i chose the first one, then I worked for about 10min and turned it off and again after some time I turned it on and it started to act weirdly. That's is if I turn on the laptop: the screen turns on displays lenovo logo for 1 second and immediately turns off and again immediately automatically turns on displays the logo for 1 second and again immediately turns off, it runs like a cycle automatically keeps on continuously as though it's stuck in a loop infinitely, So i ran BIOS SSD test to check any issues with the SSD but it showed none and got the following result code: "U1BS39CJH-5TL2U5" , Help me to fix it.

It's a one around one year old laptop. Still about a month of warranty is there.

I have pasted the text from the result of the BIOS SSD Test:

Final Result Code: U1BS39CJH-5TL2U5 be;

Machine Model: Lenovo V15 G3 IAP 1;

BIOS Version: JKCN47WW;

Application Version: 04.22.000;

Hello,Gagan A Ayi

Welcome to posting in the Microsoft Community.

I understand very well how you feel to hear that you are experiencing this problem with Windows 11 and this may cause you to worry about data loss. This happens because multiple boot options may be created during the update process if the boot profile is wrong, but please don't worry about it and let's check it out together.

You mentioned that two identical options “Windows version 11, Volume 3” appear at startup, which could be the reason why your computer is in a loop. We suggest that you try both options separately to see which one is able to enter the system properly. After making sure that you have been able to use the system in one of the options, you can then use the shortcut Win + R to type msconfig and then switch to the “Boot” tab. Here, you will see the option that is currently being used, so remove another duplicate option.

Based on the BIOS SSD test results you provided, in most cases the U1BS39CJH-5TL2U5 itself does not indicate a hardware problem, which is good news, and in your case it is unlikely to be a hardware failure. If you encounter any questions or problems during operation, you can always communicate with me and I'll be happy to answer them further. Thank you for your understanding and support!
