Pop up blank screen for "sign in to a Microsoft account instead"

I can't actually sign in to a MSA in windows 10, it just pop up a giant blank window.

I cannot sign in to my MSA through any MS app and it's kinda frustrating.

Does anyone know a fix for this and will this fix likely make the apps work?

Hey Eric. I'm Greg, an installation specialist and 9 year Windows MVP here to help you.

What it means is account corruption so you can try replacing the account by creating a new Local Admin account, sign into it, test if the error repeats. If not move your files over, check all programs run from it or reinstall them as needed, then when ready delete the old account: http://www.howtogeek.com/226540/how-to-create-a.... You can then change it to a MS account if you want.

Unfortunately none of the repairs that can fix an install will usually fix the account. It's best to just replace it with a new one.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted. If you'll wait to rate whether my post helped you, I will keep working with you until it's resolved.
