PLEASE HELP, Network Speed seems to be bogged down by an unknown Program

My ISP says i have a 5MG Download speed and that that should be plenty for stemming Video, and it is most of the time! it seems to happen Daily, There is a program running in the Background that i can not find, or maybe it is an error with my PC... I Just downloaded "HighJackThis" Program and this is the Scan Log File i ran... When I am not having problems there is never even a glitch in the video, but when i do have issues i disable: "Playon" Server, "Amazon" even if its not downloading, and Every single Program i am able to shut down, well the ones i see running!! when i ran this scan i was not having problems because the glitches stopped shortly before i ran the scan, i did it anyways! it may not help with diagnostics because not having a problem when scanned but i will also post another scan log with the same title as this one along with a copy of this post as soon as i am having problems, witch will defiantly be tonight or tomorrow but if someone could look at this scan please because i do see some missing file errors towards the bottom of the scan log..
