Are there any recent changes on your computer prior to the issue? In the meantime, please try to restart (not shutdown) your device 4 times and check if it will make any difference. If in case the issue still persists, please perform the steps below.
1. Turn on your computer and let it reach your sign-in screen.
2. Press and hold the SHIFT key on your keyboard.
3. Click the power icon on the lower part of your screen.
4. Click Restart while pressing the SHIFT key.
5. Your computer should restart to Windows Recovery Environment.
6. Select Troubleshoot then choose Advanced Options.
7. From there, try to perform Startup Repair or System Restore.
