Hello ABHISHEKVINOD18, welcome to the Microsoft community, I'll be happy to help you today;

I understand that you are unable to set a new PIN after updating from WIndows 11;

Try the following;

Go to Settings > Accounts > Sign In Options;
Uncheck the option "For added security, only allow Windows Hello sign in for Microsoft accounts on this device (Recommended);
Close the settings;
Now go back to Input Options again;
Click PIN (Windows Hello) and remove the current PIN;
Now check if you can set a new PIN;

I hope I have helped, see you soon!

Dear ABHISHEKVINOD18,in that case I recommend you try the following;

When you reach the login screen, hold the Shift key down while clicking Restart and don't release the Shift key until the recovery environment appears;

Click Troubleshoot;
Click on Advanced Options;
Click Startup Repair;
After completing the repair, restart the PC normally and try to change the PIN;

I hope I have helped, see you soon!

Hi and thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today.

For us to setup a new PIN we need to remove it first from NGC folder, kindly follow the steps below and I hope this works for you.
