photos saved in aol need to go to my photo gallery, but now that I have Windows8, I can't do it, HELP!

I have photos saved in AOl, sent via email, now that I have Windows 8, I want to transfer them to my photo gallery but when I double click there is no thing to save them or send them to a disc; I tried the save as but it does not work.

Hi maria369,

  1. Open the email(s) that has the pictures attached.
  2. You should see 2 green rectangular buttons, one says Attachment and the other says photo. Select photo.
  3. Use the scroll bar to get to the bottom of the email window.
  4. You should not see an image if the photo. Right-click on the picture and select Save image as...
  5. Select Pictures (located under Libraries)
  6. If needed, rename the file by change the text in the File name field.
  7. Select Save
