As per the description, I understand that you are getting blue screen error.
I would like to know some information.

Since how long are you facing this issue?

Have you made any changes to your computer settings prior to this issue?

What is the make and model of your computer?

Chkdsk disclaimer
Important: While performing chkdsk on the hard drive if any bad sectors are found
on the hard drive when chkdsk tries to repair that sector if any data available on that might be lost.
Note: Make sure that you back up the data before proceeding with Check disk.

Note: Ignore the step Reinstall Windows 7 from the above link.
I would also suggest you to provide us the event viewer logs. Refer the following link.
