Pen and Windows Ink Setting Missing After Windows 10 Update

Hello, I am new to Windows 10.  I just bought a Lenovo ideapad Flex 4-1570 Signature Edition 2-in-1 touchscreen laptop. It already had Windows 10 installed and I just ran a Windows 10 update to OS Build 14393.479. My Windows Ink disappeared on the taskbar and I was able to get it back by right clicking on the task menu and clicking the show the button for Windows Ink. However, when I go to my Settings, I do not find the "Pen & Windows Ink" tab as shown in the below pic below. Can someone tell me how to get the "Pen & Windows Ink" settings option so that I can pair up a pen and calibrate it.

I don't see the highlighted "Pen & Windows Ink" in my Settings
