I have Windows 7. I have completed our church Directory and now I need to PDF it to an individual. HOW do I that ?????????
Are you saying that you wish to send the directory listing as a .pdf file to a person?
Does the listing fit onto a single screen?
Does it contain subfolders?
Did this solve your problem?
Sorry this didn't help.
Great! Thanks for marking this as the answer.

Do you want to know how to create a pdf file?
What format is the file in now? If you have Microsoft Word installed and the file is in a format Word can read, Word can create a PDF file by using Save as.
There are also many free third-party PDF programs that can create pdf files.
Did you create the document using Microsoft Word? If so, starting with Word 2010 (I think), Word includes the ability to "Save as" a PDF file. See
Or you can install free CutePDF Writer, which will give you the ability to "print" the document to a PDF file. CutePDF writer will work with any Windows program from which you can print.
Once your PDF file has been created, just attach it to an email to send it to whomever you want.
Yet another way to create a PDF file:
Many printers with scanners provide the option of scanning a page and saving it in PDF format.
