Hi yaseralharbi1,

What is the Make and exact Model No. of your device - that will be o a sticker on the bottom casing of your device . ..

In device manager, right click that device and choose Properties

On the resulting dialog, click on the Details Tab

Change the Properties Drop Down to Hardware ID's

In the resulting list, right click the top item and choose 'Copy'

Paste the resulting Hardware ID string into your next post . . .

Hi yaseralharbi1, that hardware ID equates to Intel(R) Management Engine Interface Driver

You should go to the Support page for your device on the Manufacturers website , then download and nstall that driver

If you have problems finding that driver, what is the Make and exact Model No. of your device - that will be on a sticker on the bottom casing of your device . ..
