Thank you for contacting Microsoft community.
As you have stated that you are not able to log onto your Computer and getting error “User name or password is incorrect”.
I would like to ask few question about query:
-
Have you made any changes to your computer prior to the issue?
-
Are you able to login to any other user Account?
I would like you to refer to the suggestion given by Bill Smithers replied on February 21, 2015.
Please try to follow the KB Article 940765 on the link below given by Bill Smithers.
Please reply us if the issue doesn’t resolved

1. I installed Kaspersky antivirus a couple of weeks ago. Everything was fine. At that time, BitDefender was uninstalled.
2. There are no other user accounts.
I would like to ask few question about query:

Are you able to login to any other user Account?

1. I installed a new antivirus, Kabersky, a couple of weeks ago. Everything was fine then. During that installation, BitDefender was uninstalled.
2. There are no other user accounts.

New update:
We just ran a system restore in safe mode, back to a previous date that we were confident in. We are not able to log in as in the past without changing anything else. I have not shut down and tried to log back in. If this problem persists, I'll be back! Thank you.
