PC reset without removing Microsoft Office

I would like to reset my pc as I have a lot of unnecessary things on the system. I currently have all Microsoft Office 2019 programs, e.g. Word, Powerpoint, Exel, etc . I bought new pc with pre-installed office when I reset it after reseting  Microsoft Office was not removed. Few days ago I performed clean install of Windows 10 and install Microsoft Office 2019 professional manually now when I reset my pc Microsoft Office was removed. Is it possible that Microsoft Office does not remove after resseting Windows 10 version 1909.
Hi Usman. I'm Greg, an installation specialist, 10 year Windows MVP, and Volunteer Moderator. If you will work with me I will be here to help until the issue is resolved.

A Reset will remove all your personal apps, including Office. You can reinstall it again as shown here:
https://support.office.com/en-us/article/downlo...

If you want to try a reinstall that does not remove apps you can do a Repair Install by installing the Media Creation Tool from this link http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/m...

Choose Download Tool Now.

Install the tool, open it and choose Upgrade this PC Now.

This reinstalls WIndows while saving your files and apps in place; takes about an hour, resolves most problems. It also brings it to the latest version by the most stable method.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted. If you will wait to choose if I resolved your problem, I will keep working with you until it's resolved.

Back in the morning, PST.

Then you must have been running full Factory Recovery that reinstalls the manufacturer's factory image with the trial Office version good for 30-60 days. A Windows 10 Reset by itself would not reinstall Office or any other personal software. '

Is there other manufacturer's software also installed, e.g. HP Solutions Center, etc?

If you want to cleaner install then you can run a Fresh Start that is a reset without the Factory Image the manufacturer may have customized the Reset with. See here:
https://www.techrepublic.com/article/how-to-use...

You can also look over this tutorial for a gold standard Clean Install which includes everything that works best in Windows 10: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki....

I hope this helps. Let me know if there's anything else.

Also when ready please mark the post which helped most as the Answer, to help others. A rating is also appreciated.
