PC randomly freezes sometimes after startup

As said in the title, my PC randomly freezes, if so directly after startup, one reset and its fine again.

When freezing, programs keep running, but are non responsive.

Please help me, i attached the event logs .

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

There is nothing specific listed in your event logs as a cause of the system freezing up after startup.

Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

Open Windows File Explorer.

Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.

There is no Minidump folder in my Windows directory. Does this mean thats also fine?

In one of your event logs, I see System Restore listed, have you performed a system restore on your system and that did not resolve the system freezing up on startup?

i don't exactly understand what you mean, but i did force restart (hold the power button until shutdown) the pc after it was frozen for 5-10min. afterwards it functioned normally

I think the best option, to rule out system corruption as the cause of the freezing would be to perform an in-place repair with the Windows 11 ISO.

Please follow the steps, this is then not like re-installing Windows, it is just like an update and your personal files, settings and installed software will not be affected.

When the ISO file completes downloading

Disconnect from the Internet

Disconnect all external devices with the exception of a mouse or keyboard.

Temporarily disable any 3rd party Anti-virus you may have installed

Then, in Windows File Explorer, double click the ISO and then run Setup.exe and select the Install option.

Sadly it went straight back to freezing after the first restart, freezed in the windows login screen. :(
