Pc ran into problem

Help me with this problem!

Hi Shaik... First you will need to force your machine to get into the recovery screen.
To do this boot up and wait for the blue windows screen with the spinning circle, when you see that press and hold power button to shut down.
Boot up again and do the same thing by waiting for the blue windows screen with the spinning circle then shut down, power up for the 3rd time and you should get repair screen.
Let it run.
You will then get a screen with the Automatic Repair, select the Advanced Options.
From here i would recommend trying a restore point first.
Least destructive option.
if you can't get the windows screen to get into recovery then you will need another PC to create a recovery disk to boot to.

Let me know how you make out.

Hi,
I recommend to run a thorough memory test first of all.

I cannot even get into the settings.

After the above screen it shows the below screen and continues infinitely.

I even don't have a restore  point.

In the link i provided in the first reply create a repair disk.
Or you can also create a bootable USB drive with windows 10 on it.
Boot to that and from there you can get to recovery and will need to do a reset of PC.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.

You may refer to the steps from the section ‘Use installation media to reinstall Windows 10’ from this article to see if that helps.

Note: This will remove all your personal files, apps and drivers you installed, apps and customizations from your PC manufacturer, and changes you made to settings.

Regards,
