Hello, I have been having this strange issue with my PC. If I remove my Bluetooth Dongle and restart my PC, it will hang on the login screen and the audio will stutter. If I attempt to login, the PC eventually freezes and reboots, It then gets stuck in a boot loop and I can only fix it by forcing my PC off at the power button. I even bought a new Bluetooth Dongle thinking the old one was defective, the computer still exhibits the same problem.
Checking Event Viewer, I found these errors.
"Initialization failed because the driver device could not be created. Use the string "000000000100320000000000D71000C013010000250200C000000000000000000000000000000000" to identify the interface for which initialization failed. It represents the MAC address of the failed interface or the Globally Unique Interface Identifier (GUID) if NetBT was unable to map from GUID to MAC address. If neither the MAC address nor the GUID were available, the string represents a cluster device name. "
"A fatal hardware error has occurred.
