Pc Blackscreening, locking up, or BSoDing when trying to run Fortnite

Hello, Mega link with dump, files etc:

I’m having some issues with my pc when I try to run fortnite (same thing happens with cyberpunk 2077 too). When I try and start the game my screen goes black and flashes between nothing and the “connecting screen”. Eventually, I’ll have to press the power button to reset it. The weird part is that the game was running fine when I was playing it the other day, but I turned off my pc got off for about 40 minutes. When I got back on, this stuff started happening.

I know my pc can handle the game, I was playing it fine before this happened, and I can run RDR2 on high settings at 4k at smooth 60fps. My specs are: Ryzen 7 2600x, Rtx 3080, 32gb of ram, windows 11, two SSDs, one hard drive, and a Corsair RM750X power supply.

Here’s what I’ve tried (with no results): -Reinstalling the game -Popping my graphics card in and out -installing the game on my second ssd, this caused an instant BSoD, stating BAD_POOL_CALLER. -Reinstalling my graphics card drivers, and rolling them back too. -updating windows -full system malware scan with Malwarebytes, no threats. -Windows Memory Diagnostic, no problems -sfc/ scannow, no files needed fixing. -I tried plugging in an Xbox one controller, as I’d heard some people say this was something to do with controller firmware drivers, but the Xbox accessories app said no updates were needed for the controller, no changes. -tried changing my display from 4k to 1440p, no changes. I honestly have no clue what’s going on, and it sucks because I just started playing the game again. I’ve been playing it with my gf and having a lot of fun, so I don’t want to give up. Cyberpunk 2077 did this a couple months ago. When I first bought it I had a Radeon 580x, same thing happened. When I upgraded, nothing changed.

-Completely wiped my graphics driver, and reinstalled from scratch. -Tried switching around my ram (I’ve got two gskill 8gbs and 2 Corsair 8gbs) to be only one brand (like two at a time). -Reinstalled Microsoft Redistributables C++ -Tried lowing my resolution, to both 1440p and 1080p.

And to make sure something hasn’t changed, I booted up rdr2 again, runs perfectly fine

Hi Logan,
My name is Igor, it's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll do all my best to help you.

Dumps show memory access violation. Please update your BIOS, it is outdated for Windows 11. Reinstall all Windows 11 compatible drivers from MSI site.
Remove all overclocking and uninstall AMD Ryzen Master tool for a check.

Hello,

Ok, so I updated my BIOs and uninstalled Ryzen Master. I also did a clean install of my graphics driver with Geforce Experience.

The game still crashes on launch, but it seems to not flash black forever. Instead the game crashes and exits, bringing up the Unreal engine crash message box. The computer still chugs along very slowly after this, so I have to reboot to get it to stop.

I've added another Msinfo as well as a new set of fortnite crash logs to the mega folder, titled "Msinfo 2" and "Fortnite Crash logs 2".

All of the windows dump files are in the the mega file linked.

I haven't had a BSoD since I installed new BIOs, so there are no new ones.

The game still crashes and blackscreens, just no BSoD specifically.

After the game crashes, the computer chugs along very slowly, and I have to hard restart to get it to stop.

Before playing games, disable windows defender other softwares like antivirus or firewalls.

Try to play games in low settings especially in graphics settings inside game.

Also set power plan as high performance.

Use dedicated GPU card to play games.

Please run Windows memory diagnostic tool and switch it to extended mode when it starts (F1 key). Note, test hang at ~21% for more than 2-3 hours means memory error too.
Turn off XMP mode in BIOS if it is turned on.
And please check your RAM modes (voltage, frequency, timings) are in compliance with numbers in the motherboard compatibility list for your RAM model.

If no errors will be found, use driver verifier to gather additional information. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/244617...
Run
verifier /standard /all /bootmode resetonbootfail
command, reboot PC and use it as usual (with lower performance). If blue screen happens, please share memory dumps to OneDrive for analysis.

Hello,

I tried to do the windows memory diagnostic on extended mode, but when I pressed F1, the text on the screen disappeared leaving just a solid blue color screen.

I ran the game, and got a BSoD stating "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA".

I attempted to upload the dump file to mega and a picture, but it says read error when I try to upload anything, even here.

My computer is now running very slowly.

I opened the dmp file in windbg. Here is all of the text pasted as I cannot upload it:
