I'm Christine, a Windows user like you. I can see here that you would like to connect or pair your hearing aids to your laptop. No worries, I'll do my best to help you.
Please send the make and model of your device. (Please press Windows key + R and type msinfo32 and hit enter, look for system model)
Please share the exact model as well of your hearing aids. Thanks
Kindly check and follow the steps below:
Pair a Bluetooth device in Windows (Please click the link below)

Once it's already paired or connected,
Please press Windows key + R to open the Run Command box.
Kindly type mmsys.cpl and press Enter.
Check under Playback tab, please set your hearing aids to be default and hit OK.

Hearing Aids are usually not true bluetooth devices --- unless they are really really new and really really expensive and stated that they are truely bluetooth devices.
They pair with android and iphones because the US government (the FCC) forced them to work because phones work on public airways.

You will notice that apple computers don't work with "made for iphone" hearing aids. No apple computers are listed.
In most cases, you have to buy a tv streamer device (read the fine print, it also connects to computers).

Or a bluetooth dongle from the hearing aid company (such as Bernafon Soundclip-A).
Ask your audiologist for more information.
