On Screen Keyboard size is not right with 4k display

My name is Cindy. I am sorry you are having this problem. I know it is really frustrating. I will do my best to help you with this problem.

Option 1
Please click on the three dots on the keyboard at the top right. You may need to go over to the right side of the page for the three dots to appear.
Select Settings.
Click on the Appearance Tab at the left side.
A new page will open. Scroll down the page until you see Zoom. You can make is smaller. However, this will make the screen smaller.

Option 2

Click on the Win + S Key
Type On-Screen and open the page.
If you go to the left side of the keyboard, you can move the arrow to make the keyboard larger or smaller.
