On my monitor the volume doesnt work

So recently I had got a whole pc setup and along with the setup I bought an AOC gaming monitor model CU34G2XP and it didn't have any sound I've tried almost everything to fix it what should I do now?

To resolve the issue, I need to know some details.

Please let me know if the monitor is connected via HDMI 2.0.
Please let me know if you have already downloaded and installed the Manufacturer provided driver utility software from the following page.

If you have not installed this driver, please download and install the same.

CU34G2XP does not come with speakers therefore you have no sound.

This monitor does not come with build-in speakers, I believe it has an output for headset though.
