Old USB Hub Drivers

So, I just got a new PC and Oculus Rift. Worked great for a few weeks, then got a second sensor and motion controllers and it started giving me a HDMI disconnected error regularly. Might be a hardware issue with the headset, but it was fine until I got another USB sensor in the mix.

Research within Oculus users has suggested that it might be USB related, and the only solution I've been unable to try is rolling back to old drivers for my USB hub. Problem is, I can't roll back because its a new computer. All I have are the generic and updated MS drivers. Can anyone point me to how/where I can get the previous drivers? Current version is 10.0.14393.0
