Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Your minidump files mostly indicate generic RAM corruption errors, but two indicate that it is the device driver on your graphics that is causing the system to crash

Completely remove the current graphics driver using the widely available free DDU utility, then restart your PC and go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturer's website to download and install their recommended version of the graphics driver.

A slightly older version of that driver is more stable than the latest version.

Thank you. But do you think I need to remove the current RAMs and buy the new one to solve this problem?

No, currently you do not need to replace your RAM, please use those steps to try installing an older version of the graphics drivers to see if that resolves the system crashes.
