NT kernel and file system driver crashing.

NToskrnl.sys frequently crashes but today i got the nt system file driver crash. ive been BSOD multiple times a day for the past few months. ive gotten new hardware and complete reformat with fresh install windows. ive found no solution.

Your dump file shows that the network driver is malfunctioning. Please try to reset your network and reinstall the network card driver. Please go to: Settings-Network and Internet-Status, click "Reset Network". Then uninstall the network card driver, go to the official website of the device manufacturer to download the latest version of the network card driver and install it.

which one is failing? the wifi adapter or the onboard LAN? because the crashing has been happening long before adding the wifi card.

The dump file does not show which one is faulty. The fault is the network drive component of the system, any network device failure may cause this error.
I suggest you uninstall and reinstall both drivers.
