Dear Sangeetha G2!
Welcome to the Microsoft Community!
Don't worry. I will work with you to resolve the issue.
If you are having trouble signing in to your Microsoft account, I need some information to identify the issue and find a solution based on the information you provide:
Please specify which service you are trying to sign in to? For example, Windows, Office, Outlook, or another Microsoft service?
And please specify whether the issue occurred when trying to sign in on a web browser, mobile app, or desktop application.
Once we have this information, we will do our best to find a solution for you.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation!
Best regards,

Hi Sangeetha G2,
The picture you provided shows that this Microsoft account does not exist. Did you use this Alias to log in to your Microsoft account before?
I checked your Microsoft forum information and it was also registered with this email address. Did you have any problems logging in to the forum using this account email address?
Because this situation may be that you have changed the alias of your Microsoft account, or the account has been stolen. Can you log in to your current account in account.microsoft.com now?
Best regards

Hi Sangeetha G2,
I also noticed that the domain name of your email address is a company email address. Generally, you cannot directly register a Microsoft account with this email address. Company email addresses are managed by the company's IT staff and basically provide account records with Microsoft. You may need to log in to your account in the company's LAN environment. If you cannot log in normally on your company computer, you need to contact your IT administrator to confirm the problem.
Microsoft's community forum can also be logged in using a work account, that is, you can also log in with an account whose domain name is your company's.
We generally cannot use company email addresses to register accounts on our personal computers. Our personal accounts need to be registered using phone numbers and personal email addresses. If you need to use a Microsoft account on your personal computer, you may need to use your personal email address to register a Microsoft account.
Best regards,
