Not able to see thumbnails of pictures in file exploer.

The file explorer doesn't show the thumbnails. I tried the fix that was suggested for all the others but the boxes were already unchecked and I'm still only seeing icons, not thumbnails. What to do?
Hello Becky

I am Louie, a Microsoft Community member and a fellow Windows 10 user like you. I hope I can help you on your concern.

Could you please try these following settings if it solves the thumbnails not showing.
1. First right-click on Computer on the desktop and choose Properties. Then click on Advanced System Settings on the left side.
2. This will open up the System Properties dialog. Here you need to click on the Advanced tab and then click on Settings under Performance.
3. make sure Show thumbnails instead of icons is checked.

Please let me know if you need more help.

Sincerely,
Louie
