Not able to login - server not responding

Original title: not able to login

I am not able to login from my laptop at this location, the above mentioned web site whereas this can be opened from other locations.

While contacted Comcast, they said that they have not blocked any site.

message displays as server not responding

PL. help resolve this.





1.    Does this happen with that particular website?

2.    What type of internet connection are you using (Wired/Wireless)?

3. Which browser are you using?


Follow these steps and let’s see if they help in figuring out the issue.

Step 1: Run Windows 7 network troubleshooter and check if it can automatically figure out the fault.

Step 2: Get the network troubleshooter event logs from event viewer.
Click herefor information on network troubleshooter event logs.

Step 3: Open command prompt, type ping
http://onlinetrade.motilaloswal.comand hit enter.

If you are getting reply from the website, take down the IP address of the website from the ping result and type it in the address bar of web browser and check if you can open the website using the IP address of the website.
