not able to connect JawBone jambox speaker to Lenovo plus bluetooth adapter

Original title: blue tooth JawBone problem with Lenovo plus adapter

 

I use a USB blue tooth adapter to enable wireless to my Jawbone jambox. As you can see by the conflicting error message, the devices seem to see each other but Windows can't make a connection. Any ideas? (Jawbone works fine with my Win 7 phone).

1.       What happen when you try to connect Jawbone Jambox to Bluetooth?

2.       Do you receive any error message?

3.       Are you able to connect other Bluetooth devices to your computer?

Perform the following troubleshooting methods:

Note: The above article is published under Windows Vista category however they hold good for Windows 7 as well.

Method 2:

Follow the steps from the following link to add a Bluetooth enabled device to computer.
