No option to go back to Windows 7

Ok so I recently installed windows 10 and after using the OS for a while I've realized that it's pretty laggy for me and so I went to update and recovery to find the go back to windows 7 option that should be under recovery but it's not there! I see that windows 7 was definitely saved and that it's taking up 33.5gb and I also see the windows.old folder so is there any other way I can revert back to windows 7?
You will not find the "Go back" option if you are logged in to a Standard account.  Log in from an Administrator account and you should find it.

I am the only user on the computer....this is more frustrating than Windows 8

Just an update since I forgot I had asked this question. I ended up having to  re-install win 7 using a usb which I didn't know I could do.

Windows 10 has so many misleading features I truly regret this program.
