No option to change password in setting

there is no option to change the password in my windows settings

Have you gone Settings, Accounts, Manage my Microsoft account, Your info at the top of the page, Manage how you sign in to Microsoft.

In the sign-in option, please try to toggle off the "Require Windows Hello Sign-in for Microsoft Accounts". The password option should now appear. If the password option does not automatically show up, kindly reboot your machine to initialize the new settings.
